User Management module

• Using Riva Web QCMS, web site administrators are able to manage site editors and users through user login authentication
• Password protected area where section wise users can be allocated to manage specific content sections of the website as decided by the administrator
• The master administrator gives the right whether an employee should have the right to publish content directly or whether content must first be submitted to an editor for release
• Facility to add, delete and update users
• Forgot password facility to recover password for users allocated

WYSIWYG Editor: (What you see is what you get editor)

• Web pages can be edited, deleted and updated online without the need to update web pages offline, uploading using FTP software and checking updated pages online
• Minimal word processing skills necessary with no knowledge of HTML, WEB Design or programming
• The CMS has an intelligent editor which gives all facilities of Microsoft Word
• To update or add new pages administrator has to only copy past content into the online editor, preview the page after inserting data and publish it online
• Inbuilt MS WORD cleaner to remove unnecessary embedded html tags in word content

Online news manager

• A facility to display special announcements and flash news through dynamic web based facility with the administrator having the option to display specific content

Message board

• Administrator can control the messages being displayed on the message boards by denying or giving access to messages

Online document library

• Relevant and useful documents like word files, presentations and Adobe PDF documents can be kept online for downloading by members
• Members can also submit their documents to the administrator and on admin approval can be kept for member’s access

E-Calendaring

• Organize Events and information using this module
• Create an event description
• Events can be updated, edited and deleted online
• Calendar of events for a whole year could be input and displayed monthly
• Search Events by "Year, Month, or Day"
• Online events calendar and calendar of events for various activities both for public access and private member access
